We're Mel and Tanya, both living locally and know the area inside out. After meeting whilst working for a large corporate estate agency in Cambridge, we realised there was a better way to do things. With over 10 years experience each in lettings and property management, we decided to start Ollington Jarvis Lettings to provide the kind of service we'd want ourselves - honest, attentive, and tailored to every landlord and tenant.
We've seen first-hand the challenges that come with the traditional agency model: high staff turn over, inexperience and a lack of personal touch. That's why we do things differently.
