Studentdigz has been trading since the year 2000 in the university city of Swansea, South Wales. Over time the business has grown from a Sole Trader, home business to the largest independent Student Lettings Agent in Swansea. We now have a well established office near the City Centre with an enviable client base of landlords and students who rely on our expertise year after year. 2014 has seen the launch of the Studentdigz brand in the Manchester & Salford areas. The majority of our office staff have come from the lettings industry and our ability to retain key members has meant that today we can boast an agency that really is considered to be the local student letting specialist. Alongside our office based staff, we also employ our own maintenance team who are on hand to deal with the routine day to day repairs, which has meant we have cut down our repair response times to be well within the universities recommended guidelines. To compliment our maintenance team we also have a database of proven contractors who deal with the more specialised repairs, such as boiler repairs and electrical work. All our managed student properties are fully licensed in accordance with local council regulations and we are able to provide certificates, such as the HMO Certificate, Gas Certificate, Electrical & Fire Alarm Certificate, Fire Equipment Certificate and Energy Performance Certificate (where applicable), so you can rest assured we take the tenants safety very seriously. Studentdigz is an evolving business with new systems, technology and expansion high on our list of priorities. However this can only be achieved if we are able to retain the high standards our clients have become accustomed to.
