In August of 2007, Apex Estate Agents was established at 3 Market Street Aberdare and since this time the company has enjoyed great success in the local sales market, despite very challenging conditions. Apex Estates also incorporates our sister companies Apex Surveyors and Apex Lettings so we are able to offer a full range of services including resedential and commercial property sales and lettings, independent financial advice, RICS survey and valuation, Domestic and Non Domestic EPCs and also have close links with local conveyancing companies
