The directors of RPC own rental property themselves, so know the importance of vigilence, keeping in touch with the tenants, and regular property visits and inspections. We send you photographs of your tenants, and always inspect between tenancies and send you photos of the property along with a comprehensive inspection report. If you have a long term tenant, we do property inspections every 6 months. Many of the properties we manage are in the licencing areas, and we are very experienced at managing in those areas, and work closely with the council. We are members of NALS, SafeAgent, an approved "good agent" with the Burnley GLAS scheme, The Property Ombudsman and the DPS. We also manage properties across a wide area of East Lancashire, from Colne to St Helens.
