Many of our tenants are on housing benefit and we welcome tenants on benefits who can provide us with a good reference. We work closely with Burnley and Pendle councils as well as the police and social services. Our landlords range from local individuals with a single rental property to business consortia located abroad with large portfolios. We are available to landlords in person, on the phone or via email and strive to understand each landlord's business objectives, and help them achieve their goals. The directors of RPC own rental property themselves, so know the importance of vigilence, keeping in touch with the tenants, and regular property visits and inspections. We send you photographs of your tenants, and always inspect between tenancies and send you photos of the property along with a comprehensive inspection report. If you have a long term tenant, we do property inspections every 6 months. Many of the properties we manage are in the licencing areas, and we are very experienced at managing in those areas, and work closely with the council.
