Unlike most agents I do not pay commission to my team, instead I pay class leading salaries that ensure that you will always receive the right advice for you and unlike many of my competitors which have high staff turnover, my team remains constant so you do not have to repeat yourself time and time again. Don’t be fooled by competitors claims that they pay commission to keep their staff hungry so that they strive to sell or let more properties. Buyers are put off by pushy sales staff, they respond far more favorably to professional and knowledgeable staff.
