The Stroud Branch was the latest addition to the CGT Buisness acquiring Charles Duncan back in 2015, currently managing in ecxcess of 150 properties and growing month by month. The Branch Manager is Lisa Kent who has over 21 years experience in the lettings Industry and is MARLA qualified with a further 12 years experience within Sales. Lisa joined CGT back in 2018 after working for an independant agent in Stonehouse for 13 years before that business was acquired by a corporate agent in Stroud where she remained for a further 5 years. Her team is made up of a Senior Lettings Negotiator - Sarah Broughton who is also MARLA qualified. Sarah again has experience in both the Sales and lettings market as she previously worked for Location Estate Agents in Stonehouse where she gained her NAEA qualification. Alison Mills is the administrator who joined the office in March 2019, she previously worked for Location Esatate Agents in Stonehouse and was able to join us when we acquired their rental portfolio due to the owners retirement.
