Trading Standard Officers are responsible for enforcing the requirement to have an EPC. Failure to commission an EPC is a civil offence and is likely to result in a penalty charge. Greig Cavey Commercial are fully accredited to produce EPCs for residential and commercial buildings. Our excellent knowledge and efficient IT system will ensure that we provide a quick and cost effective solution. The size and complexity of each building will cleary have an impact on the time taken to carry out and complete the EPC which will in turn have a bearing on our fee. Our assessors would be happy to discuss your requirements to provide you with a fee estimate on the phone and we aim provide a competitive fee structure with a residential EPC from £50 plus VAT and a commercial EPC from £200 plus VAT.
