Lettings Management the right way. If you’ve been a landlord for any length of time, chances are you’ve experienced the typical, mass-market service that large letting agents offer. That’s not how it’s supposed to be. Letting should be a stress-free, positive and lucrative experience. We are the polar opposite of the mass-market letting agency. Here’s how we do it: No call centres: when you call us, you get a straight answer No hidden fees: we state our fees upfront and everything’s covered (no vat to pay either) We find, and check, great tenants We take care of all the hassle, you don’t need to get involved (unless you really want to!) The main difference with OxLets is that the person who lets & manages your property actually cares. I know, because that person is me, Steve Way (Owner and Director). I make sure I get to know my clients and their properties. I meet and personally vet all the tenants. I carry out the inspections and oversee any maintenance, using people I’ve worked with for years. And, if you have a question, you can just call me and I’ll tell you what you need to know. I don’t need to ask to anyone else, or check a call-centre screen.
