We take a pride in our ability to arrange visits to yourselves and viewing appointments for prospective tenants at short notice, for everyone’s convenience. We realise that most people work and so need our services in the evenings and at weekends. As a landlord myself have an understanding of the possible anxieties and appreciate the need to find the right tenant. In this capacity I am a member of RLA (Residential Landlords Association) and am kept up to date with all of the new legislation and guide lines that were introduced in the last few years. WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO? We are happy to give advice on the purchase of a property and to visit prospective properties with or without the landlord. We will also arrange and oversee the refurbishment of a property prior to marketing it. WHAT DO WE CHARGE? It is our intention to charge the lowest fees in the area whilst still providing a very professional and comprehensive service. Our fee structure reflects this for example we charge a fixed fee for tenant finding which is £295.00 irrespective of the monthly rental. Should you find an agent offering any inclusive service that we do not currently offer, please let us know. Our Management fee is only 8% of the monthly rent.
