If you could trust them to say to you 'I don't think this is the home for you' rather than showing you properties that don't fit your budget or specifications. How different could it be if you felt supported from the moment of making an offer right the way through to completion, if you were kept in the loop and had your questions answered promptly, not just during the 9-5 office hours. You should feel that your agent cares, because a good agent really does. We certainly do. If you're reading this as a seller thinking, 'well, what good is this to me? I don't want an agent who'll tell buyers my home isn't right for them', let me tell you - upfront honesty will find you the right buyer, on a quicker timescale, with less negotiation on your asking price.
