Bond/Security Deposit; 5 weeks’ rent. An additional pet deposit may be required. The Bond/Security Deposit serves to cover any breaches of the terms of the Tenancy Agreement. Default Payments from the tenant allowed under the Renting Homes (Fees Etc.) (Wales) Act 2019: Missed Appointments; £60.00 including Vat or £50.00 plus Vat.
