WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO? We are happy to give advice on the purchase of a property and to visit prospective properties with or without the landlord. We will also arrange and oversee the refurbishment of a property prior to marketing it. WHAT DO WE CHARGE? It is our intention to charge the lowest fees in the area whilst still providing a very professional and comprehensive service. Our fee structure reflects this for example we charge a fixed fee for tenant finding which is £295.00 irrespective of the monthly rental. Should you find an agent offering any inclusive service that we do not currently offer, please let us know. Our Management fee is only 8% of the monthly rent.
