Mangobean coffee shops offer ethically sourced coffee beans which are roasted in store. They sell award winning pastries, desserts and cakes, waffles, handmade sandwiches, smoothies, fresh juices and iced coffees.

Currently 60% of sales are eat in and 40% take out, the average spend is £5 per head and the healthy mixture of customers include local office workers, shoppers and local residents.

Due to the large terrace outside the business enjoyed a 25% uplift in sales, there is also an option to add an additional seating area around the tree in the busy square in front.

Our clients have secured a short-term lease with a gaming company who will be using the unused area to the first floor paying £1,200 pcm. The extra footfall will also massively effect the current sales levels.

Mangobean coffee shop occupies a highly desirable trading position on Bishopric which sits at the top of the shopping high street in central Horsham, West Sussex .

Horsham is a market town on the upper reaches of the river Arun on the fringe of the Weald in West Sussex. The town is 31 miles south west of London, 18.5 miles north west of Brighton and 26 miles north east of the county town of Chichester. The nearest main town is Crawley.

Horsham lies at the junction of 3 main routes with the dual carriageway A24, A264 which link Horsham to Crawley and the M23 motorway and A29 to the west. Gatwick airport is only 14 miles north of the town and train journey from the nearby train station take only 17 mins.

There are several large shopper carparks within 5 mins of the business. Also, the main high street and Swan Walk shopping centre and historic market square and bandstand and array of restaurants and bars. The shop will face the new cinema complex and large Apple Store due to start development very soon which will double current footfall to this part of the town.
