Planning History

Planning consent was granted in August 2020 (Application No. 20/02524/F) for retrospective planning to demolish western part of building damaged by fire. Construction of new two storey building to the rear of the existing building and internal alterations to retained building to provide additional work unit including alterations to front elevation.

The rear building has now been demolished and removed. The building to the front remains but we understand it is not fit for occupation.
