possession. It is understood to be of 14th & 15th
Century origins and was occupied by the same firm of accountants for many years.

The property is approached on foot from the High Street by way of the front door giving access to the reception lobby. The premises then naturally divides in to two separate halves. This reception also provides access to the rear into the main car parking area accessed off Portland Road.

The main portion of the building is timber framed in design with much of the framework being evidenced along the High Street frontage with white painted infill panels.

Towards the eastern end of the frontage the timber framing gives way to painted brick elevations. Along Portland Road, the main structure has a pebbledash rendering rising to tile hanging to the upper floors, whilst clay tile hanging dominates the rear
