The kitchen is in two sections having main catering area and preparation section. Separate room housing wash up/preparation area.
Letting Accommodation
At ground and first floor is a total of seven letting bedrooms. Four are currently in day to day commercial use, one is let on a longer term agreement and two are currently utilised for storage. The trading bedrooms are currently fully furnished to a high standard, having full bedroom suite, tea/coffee making facilities, TV and clock/radio alarm. They all have en suite facilities.
These are bedrooms 1,2,3 and 4 which are all located at first floor and are either double or twin size. Also at first floor is bedroom 5 which is a single and is currently utilised as a linen store.
