At the roundabout take the first exit onto B1402 Ferry Road keep on this road then turn right onto B1402 Beck Lane. Take a left onto B1206 New Holland Road then right onto Goxhill Road. The road name then changes to Gatehouse Road. Take a left onto Thornton Road and then follow sign to Goxhill village only leading to Howe Lane over railway crossing turn right onto Thorn Lane. Take a right onto Churchside and follow the road as it bends to the left and right. The paddock can be found on the right hand side as just before the next left hand bend, by our For Sale board.
