Clarence Street is a popular residential street in Primrose set just off Prospect Street. It's a short stroll from the University of Cumbria. The city centre is just a 10 minute walk. What We Like...

We like the fact that this home offers two generous sized bedrooms. The master has views and the second room has a great sized walk in wardrobe which could even be converted to an en-suite if needed.

A Brief Description

The main living room for this home has plenty of space for all the furniture you would expect to have and there is a window to the front elevation. From here there is access through to the kitchen which has plenty of storage built in and even enough room to dine.

Once you are up to the first floor you will find the three piece bathroom which has been fully tiled and recently fitted.
