Clarence Street is a popular residential street in Primrose set just off Prospect Street. It's a short stroll from the University of Cumbria. The city centre is just a 10 minute walk. There is a range of local shops close by including a corner shop for last minute essentials and a couple of takeaways for those evening when you don't fancy cooking! Residents enjoy the convenience this area offers.

It is so central, with ample roadside parking and further parking round to the rear if needed. Local parks and the canal are also close by.

Ground Floor Rooms
