Cross the threshold to enter the dining room, which continues the style and décor from the living room but is perfectly shaped and placed for a large table for all your meals. There's also the door to the back garden and its patio.

At the end of the landing are the stairs to the second floor but there's a good amount of space here, as well as a window. This can be useful for bookcases with maybe a chair to sit in and read in a quiet spot of the house or a great space for a desk or study for any work or hobbies. Take the stairs up again to find another bathroom with a toilet, sink towel rack and angled window in the eave.

Beyond this we find the final bedroom, the biggest in the house. It takes up the rest of the second floor and is an impressive size, stretching from front to back of the property. The eaves on either side don't impact the space at all, as there's plenty of it to utilise. You can fit a huge amount of furniture here as well as any size bed you want and being close to a bathroom saves you walking up and down stairs all the time.

Head back to the ground floor and take the door at the back of the house to see the back garden. With the River Avon running just beyond the lawn area, you'll have a real sense of community here as the boundaries are few and space is shared with other residents but the views you'll enjoy are beautiful, with fields and meadows not far away.
