To Locate The Holiday Park :
From Cardiff and Swansea take the M4 and A48 dual carriageway to Carmarthen. Take the A484 and B4333 roads for Newcastle Emlyn and continuing to Cenarth. On entering the village of Cenarth take the first turning left onto the B4332 road travelling a distance of approximately one mile and the entrance to Penlan Holiday Park is on the right hand side.

There is easy access to South West Wales and the Penlan Holiday Park via the M4 Motorway and A48 dual carriageway to Carmarthen and to Newcastle Emlyn via the A484 and B4333 roads and with breath taking scenery along this route. On reaching Cenarth village, Penlan Holiday Park is within 1mile distance along the B4332 road. Penlan Holiday Park is a small family run holiday park of privately owned Scandinavian-style holiday wooden lodges, situated in beautiful woodland and parkland settings. The pretty village of Cenarth is just one mile away and has two pubs, a tea room, post office, a spa leisure centre and the salmon leap at Cenarth Falls. It is home to the National Coracle Centre and a good starting point for a canoe trip to the mouth of the Teifi at Cardigan. Explore the little seaside villages of Cardigan Bay and enjoy their sandy beaches, take a drive into Pembrokeshire or Carmarthenshire and discover the hidden delights of this beautiful area.
This holiday chalet is furnished and currently let and occupied. The accommodation comprises of a spacious open plan lounge (used as an office) and dining room having French doors opening out to the veranda and with access leading off to a fully fitted kitchen. There is a main bedroom and second bedroom and a modern shower room with walk in shower, pedestal basin and toilet. There is an attractive covered veranda surrounding the chalet.

General comments : We are informed that the development of the Holiday Park was originally commenced in 1971/1972 but it has and remains subject to general improvement to the present day - The chalets are sold leasehold on new flexible leases and each being subject to annual site and facility maintenance charge of £2,000 per annum. We are informed that the owners of each of the chalets is responsible for the payment of Council Tax.
