Location:
The house is located a very short distance away from Burseldon Railways station, and very close to the River Hamble at Bursledon. There are many leisure and boating facilities almost right on the doorstep and local shops near the marinas and boatyards and in nearby Lowford, including a Tesco Superstore. The area has many great pubs including the 18th century Jolly Sailor, The Old Ship, The Navigator and the Fox and Hounds. The house is in catchment for Bursledon Junior School and Wildern secondary school.

A wider range of facilities and leisure activities are available at Southampton. There is a regular direct train into Southampton central which takes 25 minutes or so.

Directions:
From the M27 Junction 8, turn south signed to Hamble. At the roundabout junction with A27 turn east signed to Bursledon. Take the fifth turning on the right signed towards Bursledon and Bursledon station. When the road forks, turn left down the lane towards Bursledon station. The property can be found to the right of the car park, opposite Bursledon railway station.
