Directions Leaving Oxford at the Pear Tree roundabout follow the signs for Woodstock (A44) and continue for approximately 4 miles. Take the first exit at the Woodstock roundabout onto the A4095 Grove Road and continue for .9 mile turn left in to Church Street and follow the road round when No 3 will be found on the right.
