"Making the decision to move away from what has been a beautifully spacious, warm, comfortable and safe family home in a wonderful and ever improving area after 24 years has been difficult but we hope that this house can bring the same joy to another family as it has to ours. Wanstead as an area provides an ideal and difficult to find balance for living in London. Travelling both by road and public transport is a dream, you can get to Oxford Street in 30 minutes on the tube or drive into France in under 3 hours though you may not need to travel much as there's so much on your doorstep. Wanstead High Street is vibrant, unique and has great variety and there is so much green space, both open and wooded for long walks. If you're an active person there is a Cricket, Golf and Tennis club at the bottom of the road and a gym less than 5 minutes walk."
