From the pedestrianised street we walk up the concrete pathway past the front garden to front door. We enter through a half-glazed, uPVC door in to the lobby area, there is the staircase directly ahead which leads up to the upstairs and the 2 double bedrooms.

Off to our left is a door leading through to a very spacious lounge with high ceilings. Back through the lounge and to the front lobby area and up the staircase to the first floor where the property has 2 large bedrooms. The stairs are also fitted with a dark grey carpet and there is a window allowing in plenty of light and offering an aspect over the rear yard area.

The first bedroom you come to is a large, double bedroom which is l-shaped and has a window over the front aspect of the property as well as access to the loft area.

The next bedroom currently utilised as the master is a very generous sized double room again with a window over the front aspect of the property.
