This semi-rural village has a good community feel but is only 5 miles from the Royal Burgh of Tain. A place where you can design a home to your own specification to take advantage of the stunning, uninterrupted views of Struie Hill and the surrounding countryside, where you will be able to sit and watch the sun go down (subject to the necessary planning consent). Planning permission has been granted in principle for a detached single story or one and a half story dwelling house. All plans, planning permission and building warrants are available on request at our offices. All services are nearby.
