Every house I go in to has that one room that makes you think "I would buy this!" and at Shires Lodge, it just has to be the kitchen! A huge island sites in the middle of the room with pale blue country style units the whole way round with a full selection of integrated Neff appliances including Oven (with hide & slide door), combi microwave oven, plate warmer, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and extractor. The whole room has underfloor heating with light coloured stone worktops and upstands so with the light flooding through from the orangery and reflecting off everything light, this room is extremely well lit. For the Nigella Lawson`s of this world, there is also a huge walk in larder which is fully shelved and lit!

The utility room has the same units fitted within it with space for a tumble dryer and washing machine as well as an additional sink and usb charging sockets. For me, this is an excellent space for keeping all your washing out the kitchen and the sellers have given you plenty of extra storage in here too. Off the utility is a fully refitted downstairs cloakroom and a door in to the integral double garage.
