A static caravan for sale at New Beach Holiday Park at Dymchurch. The park has a long 11.5 month season and the caravan is on a corner pitch on The Meadows area of the park, which is all owners and the quietest area of the park. A lot of the neighbours spend long periods here so it's a nice and friendly area, with no holidaymaker caravans nearby. The new entertainment areas are only 5 minutes walk away if you want to go there.

The caravan is a 2 bedroom bk Sherborne 2013, which is a luxury model with double glazing and central heating, front-opening patio doors, 2 showers, and an American style fridge freezer. We've also upgraded the caravan with a brand-new corner sofa, a professionally installed log-burner, wooden flooring throughout, and new blinds in the lounge. These upgrades cost us nearly £6,000 and has improved the look of the caravan and made it much more comfortable. It's a large size 39' x 12', with good-sized rooms and plenty of room everywhere.

The main area of the caravan is open plan, with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows, so doesn't feel cramped at all. We replaced the original carpet with wooden flooring, and also replaced the original sofa with a more comfortable corner suite. At the same time, we had the ugly gas fire taken out and replaced with a log burner which is better to look at and cheaper to run. We also replaced the net curtains with Venetian blinds.

The kitchen is a very good size and features a gas cooker and hob with an extractor, a Hotpoint double fridge-freezer, a table and chairs and loads of cupboard space and worktops.

Being a 2 bedroom model, the bedrooms are both a good size. The master bedroom has a flip-up style storage bed, a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite shower-room, and a large dressing table. It's a really nice room and is decorated nicely. The second bedroom has two large single beds and a full size wardrobe. Finally, the main washroom has a double shower, toilet and a sink.

The caravan is in excellent used condition, and the upgrades have really improved it. It would suit anyone who is looking to spend a lot of time on park, and is very comfortable and warm. Anyone who sees it will be impressed, and you couldn't pick a better area of the park.

New Beach has loads of facilities to keep the whole family amused. Aside from the nightly entertainment and kid's clubs, there's also a heated indoor pool, climbing-wall, crafts centre and playground. The park is pet friendly, with access to the marshes for long dog-walks.

We bought the caravan in August 2018 and it`s in excellent condition and paid £65,000 for it, then spent £6,000 on improvements. We're looking to sell it for £37,000 or nearest offer, and will be including the site fees for 2019 (worth £5100), new gas & electric safety tests, and will also cover the owner-transfer charge that needs to be paid to the park. If you want to come and see it we're available at short notice. It's in immaculate condition and will impress anyone who views it.

New Beach Holiday Park is located on the coastal road between Hythe and Dymchurch, and has recently invested £4m into park facilities, including a brand new show-bar and restaurant. There's also The Neptune pub/carvery which has a more relaxed setting for adults. The park is located directly opposite the sea, and there's a great sea-wall promenade which stretches for miles. It's ideal for walking and cycling, and taking in the sea air.

The seaside resort of Dymchurch is just a mile away, with a regular bus-service outside the park. Dymchurch has a lovely sandy beach, amusement park, and plenty of pubs and cafes. Hythe is the nearest town, with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, and a really great social scene. The summer months provide various organised events, including the week-long Hythe Canal Festival, circus and funfairs, food festivals and boot-fairs. Folkestone also hosts various events, including Folkestone Air Show, vintage car rallies, outdoor music and is the main shopping centre for the area.
