Top-of-the-range Willerby Winchester static caravan at Rye Harbour Holiday Park in Rye, East Sussex. Sited on the outskirts of the park with a private decking area, so is a lovely and peaceful spot. The 2019 site fees are already paid, and also covered are the owner transfer fees, and new gas & electric safety certificates. I'll also include 2 x Asgard metal sheds which are worth £500 each) and the Sky dish.

The caravan is the top-of-the-range model for Willerby, and is beautifully designed and a really comfortable caravan. It's fully double glazed with gas central heating, and has insulated walls to keep out the cold. The caravan can be used for 11-1/2 months of the season, with the site only being closed for 2 weeks in February. The pitch licence is in place until 2037 so the new buyer will be getting a fantastic deal.

The caravan is a 2 bedroom (6 berth) model and is a large size, being 38' x 12'. The lounge and kitchen are separated which makes it feel very homely, and it's a very nice place to relax. The lounge has front-opening patio doors which lead onto the decking area, and there's a large l-shaped corner sofa and an armchair (with a pull-out sofa bed), a feature fireplace with an electric fire, and a coffee table. There's also a built-in Bluetooth music system with speakers in the ceiling. There is a pitched ceiling and loads of windows which make it feel light and airy.

The kitchen is the highlight of the caravan, and is a very good size and comes with all the appliances built-in. There is an integrated washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, a full-size integrated fridge & freezer, a gas cooker & extractor, and a large storage cupboard. There is also a free-standing table with 4 chairs under the window. The kitchen has loads of worktop space and cupboards.

Being a two bedroom model means the master bedroom is a great size. There is a double Ottoman bed with storage beneath, a dressing table with a mirror, a walk-in wardrobe with loads of storage, and the bedroom has its own en-suite toilet. The bedroom also has fittings for a wall-mounted TV, 2 bedside chest-of-drawers, a fitted headboard, bedside shelves, usb charging points next to the bed, and overhead storage lockers. The room also has a large window which allows in the light, and lots of space to move around the bed. The second bedroom is a good size and has two large single beds, a full-size wardrobe, overhead lockers and a TV point. Finally, there's a family washroom which has a large double shower, toilet and sink.
Rye Harbour Holiday Park is a mainly owners park, with very few holidaymakers, so there is a real sense of community among the owners. It is a relaxed park, with a lot of retired people here and we are on one of the quietest pitches. If the family do visit we are only a short walk from the clubhouse and pool. The seaside town of Rye is beautiful and is only a short drive or bus ride away. The park facilities include a heated indoor pool, bar, restaurant, amusement arcade, clubhouse/entertainment venue, onsite shop and launderette. The park is also located near some lovely coastal paths which are ideal for exploring this lovely part of the coast.

The caravan is in A1 used condition with no issues to worry about, any inspection is welcome. A quick viewing is recommended as it's being advertised elsewhere. It will make a fantastic buy for anyone who is looking to spend a lot of time at their caravan, and will keep the new owners happy for many years.
