A beautiful 2013 abi Ambleside situated at Beauport Holiday Park in Hastings. The caravan is a very large 40` x 14` and is fully double glazed with gas central heating. The build quality is excellent throughout, and it is classed as 'residential spec', meaning the insulation is superb. The walls are nice and thick so you won't feel the cold even if you decide to spend Christmas and New Year at the caravan.

The caravan is fitted with a large 3 sided decking with the rear portion on three different levels. There is access to a large enclosed garden area, and the whole area is sunny and not overlooked. The largest area faces towards the woods, so you'll be able to relax in peace. This decking is a great addition to the caravan, and the pitch is one of the biggest reasons why we bought.

The living area of the caravan is open plan with high ceilings, and lots of windows means it feels very spacious. The lounge features a large l-shaped sofa (which will be removed and the original 2 sofas put back in), a feature-fireplace, and a TV unit. All the windows have nets and curtains, which are good quality and complement the furniture.

The kitchen is the highlight of the caravan, and features an oven with a 5-burner hob, an extractor, built-in dishwasher, washing machine, and an integrated microwave. The units are built around a central table and chairs, and there is plenty of cupboard space and work tops.

The master bedroom is another exceptional room, with a large flip-up Ottoman bed with a beautiful headboard, an en-suite toilet & shower, a walk-in wardrobe, and a vanity unit. The en-suite and walk-in are located behind the headboard, and are both a good size. There are also some additional storage units, an recess shelf above the bed, and fittings for a wall-mounted TV.

The second bedroom has a full-sized wardrobe, two wide single beds, overhead storage and also has fittings for a TV on the wall. Finally, there is a lovely family washroom with a toilet, sink and a double shower.

It's sited on the Redwood area of the park, which is on the outer perimeter of the park, and the decking area looks directly into the woods, so is a very private area with superb outside space. It also benefits from having mains gas supply and 2 parking spaces.

Beauport Park is located on The Ridge overlooking Hastings, and is set amongst a beautiful woodland park. There are plenty of on-site facilities. Aside from the nightly entertainment at the clubhouse, there's also a heated pool, onsite shop, onsite gym, and playground. Hastings is just a short drive away with everything that you'd expect from a seaside town. The A21 is also close, as are the nearest supermarkets. The park is pet friendly, with some great tracks for long dog-walks.
