The driveway has been resurfaced with bonded stone and there is plenty of parking for visitors when you are entertaining.

When we first viewed the property just over 3 years ago, we were immediately impressed by the location and size of the house. Situated in a single access road, there is no through traffic, so it is always very quiet.

We have made a number of enhancements to the property during our time here, including the installation of a new central heating system that can be set room by room from our phone or control panel, as well as the addition of air conditioning in the master bedroom, kitchen and lounge. Perhaps the biggest change though has been the new extension to accommodate the kitchen and it's now a huge room that really is the heart of the home. It's ideal for entertaining and relaxing as it has air conditioning and a widescreen television.

The neighbours are friendly and the whole community is fantastic, making it perfect for families.
