Directions

Heading southbound on the A380:

From the southern side of Exeter heading southbound towards Kingsteignton take the exit signposted Kingsteignton B3195.

Continue on the B3195 for approximately half a mile as it passes under the A380 and passes the Ten Tors Pub on your left hand side.

Take the 1st exit on the right into Sandygate Mill followed by an immediate right into a cul-de-sac where the proeprty will be located
