2011 bk-Bluebird SherborneThe home is built on a zinc coated black v-tech chassis and has a steel pantile pitched roof. All the windows and doors are UPVC double-glazed and the cladding is aluminium although an environmental green option is available. The entrance is mid-way along the front wall and leads directly into the dining and kitchen areas with the lounge further to the left as you look at the kitchen. The kitchen is L shaped but instead of having the sink/drainer facing you along the back wall, it is to your left and actually backs onto the lounge. The standard furniture in the dining area consists of a table and four chairs. The floor here and in the kitchen is plank effect vinyl its colour matching the worktops. There is a good number of wall and base units with soft-close doors and drawers. Equipment here includes a four burner stainless steel electronic ignition gas cooker and extractor, plus an integrated larder fridge/freezer.
The lounge – which like the bedrooms is carpeted – has L shaped seating part of which can become a pull-out bed. On the wall is an electric flame effect fire set into a base unit. Above the fire is a wall mount for a flat screen TV.

A door from the kitchen leads into the hallway, with the home’s shower room being immediately on the left. Beyond that is the main bedroom, which spans the full depth of the home and has 5ft double bed with storage below. There is also a dressing table with a large mirror on the wall above it. The en suite is small and hence has no shower, only a toilet plus a washbasin mounted on a vanity unit.
The second bedroom comes complete with two single beds with a bedside cabinet between them. There are four cupboards above the beds and opposite the foot of the bed on the outside wall, is a single wardrobe.

Located on the beachfront, Pendine Sands Holiday Park has access to seven miles of sandy beaches and is surrounded by picturesque walks throughout the Carmarthenshire national park.

We are open 316 days of the year, closing from early January through to the end of February, so you can even spend all your seasonal holidays with us if you like.
