The cost of the holiday home includes siting, connection, gas and electric safety tests, steps, flotation device, TV aerial and valeting. Additional costs include site fees, gas, & electricity, rates, water and your insurance.

As holiday home owners at Stratford Parks you will benefit from a 20% discount in the Riverside Bar & Restaurant which offers a varied food menu from snacks to formal dining and provides fantastic views along the river. Other facilities include a river taxi that takes you on the short journey to Stratford town centre, over a mile and a half of private fishing rights, a children's play area, crazy golf course, bowling green and dog exercise field. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!
