directions - Llanybri maybe approached from the Carmarthen, Bancyfelin/Llangynog and Llansteffan directions. From Carmarthen take the B4312 Llansteffan road south through Johnstown passing the Spar Shop, 'Q.E. High School' and Leisure Centre. Continue through the village of Llangain towards Llansteffan and having travelled for a further 3 miles approx. Turn right for Llanybri - signposted - just before the Boat Club. Follow the signs into Llanybri and in the centre of the village turn right before the 'Farmers Arms' Public House and then right again by the former Post Office (Blue Building) and Telephone Kiosk continuing to the crossroads and turn right for Llangynog. Travel for approximately a quarter of a mile down this road around the left hand bend past the right hand turn for the properties known as 'Spring Gardens' and 'Waun Y Pant' and the land will be found on the right hand side just after and adjoining the entrance to 'Waun Y Pant' opposite the entrance to 'Plaspant' and before the turning for 'Lanmartin Farm.
