Travel for approximately a quarter of a mile down this road around the left hand bend past the right hand turn for the properties known as 'Spring Gardens' and 'Waun Y Pant' and the land will be found on the right hand side just after and adjoining the entrance to 'Waun Y Pant' opposite the entrance to 'Plaspant' and before the turning for 'Lanmartin Farm.
