This Lodge is situated on a generous corner lot with off road parking. Steps lead up to various decked seating areas to the front and side aspects with steps down to a Spa area complete with hot tub. To the rear of the Lodge is a utility outhouse fully equipped with power and lighting with plumbing for a washing machine and space for a tumble dryer, worktop space and storage shelving. Pitch licence period & terms:
All new holiday homes come with a 15-year pitch licence, for re-sale purposes the remainder of the licence will be transferred to the new owner. This Lodge will be 4 years old in September 2020. Holiday homes can be occupied 12 months of the year but can not be used as a main residential address. There is no council tax to pay along with no age restriction and pets are allowed. Electricity is provided and billed 6 monthly (metered). Lpg gas is available on site and is currently £78.00 per re-fill. Owners are required to pay their own insurance and TV licence. Wi-Fi is supplied across the park.

Leave our Church Street office and head over the traffic lights on to Boston Road South. At the roundabout, turn right on to the A17 signposted Kings Lynn, Proceed to the Gedney roundabout taking the 2nd left heading towards Long Sutton. Continue through heading out of town on London Road. Take the left turn on to Roman bank. Continue along past the shcool (Peele School, Little London). Upon reaching Lutton Gowts the Holiday Park can be located on the left hand side. Upon entering the site proceed to the barrier (where acess will be granted) and continue along the 5mph roadway following the road left. The Lodge location can be found on the left hand side bedfore the road bears right. For the purpose of saterlitte navigation the property postal code is: PE12 9LQ.
