Holiday home Description

Ever-popular, the abi Summer Breeze offers a superb holiday home, with modern features and this model has the ‘deluxe’ package included! It’s complete with double glazing and central heating and much more throughout.

The lounge has a large, l-shaped sofa which provides lots of comfortable seating for the whole family. It also contains a fold-out bed which is great for extending the living space should you have family or friends staying with you.

The sofa is set around the stylish TV stand which is set against the wall with additional cupboard space and shelving, which is a great place for personalising your holiday home with family photos and ornaments. There is also a stunning feature fireplace which can top up the heat if required while you enjoy your regular holidays for 9 months of the year.

Through in the kitchen, there is u-shaped, 40mm worktops with upstands, cupboards above and below the worktop. The gas cooker, oven and hob is accompanied by a stylish, full height glass splashback. There is an integrated microwave oven, with a fridge-freezer also included below the microwave. The open-plan nature of the holiday home means whoever is in the kitchen isn’t cut off from the rest of the family.

There are 3 bedrooms in the Summer Breeze, a master bedroom which stretches the full 12ft width of the holiday home. There is a king size bed which gives you extra comfort, a small dressing table with accompanying stool, and a wall filled with wardrobe space. The en-suite WC and wash basin provides an extra luxury in this super holiday home.

In the twin rooms, there is a matching colour scheme to the room, with a tall wardrobe at the end of the bed and a bedside table between the two beds.

The family washroom has a large shower cubicle, with WC and wash basin. There is also a vanity unit with front mirror attached above the wash basin.

Overall, this makes a superb holiday home for those looking for something brand-new. With double glazing, central heating and an en-suite WC among some of the great features, this could provide a great base for relaxing and enjoying all Yorkshire has to offer.
