Located on the eastern side of the town, Barnfield is a private road of 1930's and 1950's properties with some more recent additions. Located away from the main A4 it is accessible without being noisy. The former railway line now a popular cycleway is alongside providing access either up into the forest, out towards Swindon or soon we understand being linked up providing access to St Johns School. One of the best pubs in Marlborough, The Roebuck is within easy walking distance, with the town about a 15 minute walk away. The garage has a remote control roller door to the front, power, lighting, window to the side and door into the utility room. There used to be parking on the front garden area. A hedge was planted to provide a courtyard garden, we understand that this could be removed if desired.
The rear garden is approximately 90' x 35, due south facing. Good sized circular paved patio area with dwarf retaining wall, step up to a path leading to the rear of the garden. Rose arch leads into a most attractive semi circular lawn edged with well stocked flower and shrub beds. Various mature trees and shrubs. Kitchen garden area. Two sheds.
