Whilst location is certainly one of the greatest attractions being so close to Queens Road station and the great shops located in the station aches, the property has some stand out features:

Firstly, the open plan living area span over 31ft. This allows for three zones in one safe to comfortably function. At the far end you have a modern kitchen, in the centre you have space for a dedicated dining area (currently there is a table that seats 6 to 8 people in place, and then at the front of the room you have a generous living room space which is currently occupied by three separate sofas and a TV yet it doesn’t feel crowded. The living space also benefits from having two front facing windows which are almost floor to ceiling allowing natural light to flow generously into the entire space.

In our experience is rare to find a property that offers such a flexible open plan living space that could function with three areas so comfortably.

A similar experience awaits you in the master bedroom. This room spans approximately 14.5 ft, offers an en-suite and built in wardrobes. Once again you will note that there is space to have more than just a bed in this room. Currently there is a bed and a desk in this room and still ample floor space available.

The second and third bedroom are both doubles and whilst the third bedroom is a small double, it has a built-in wardrobe enough space for a double bed and a few other items of furniture. In our experience its rare to find a property that offers all double bedrooms.
