One of our favourite rooms is the Kitchen diner, this room has plenty of space and overlooks the rear south facing garden. We think this is a great space to entertain guests as there is also plenty of room for a large dining table.

Location We really like the position of Oak Tree Drive and we think that there are plenty of reasons for a buyer to fall in love with the location. Just a short drive away or a 20 minute walk away is Adastra Park, perfect for dog walkers, it has a play park and is home to a number of sporting clubs. As you hit the parade of shops, there is a range of independent stores and nationally recognised brands. A vibrant community, there is plenty to offer, from schools for all ages, to coffee shops and restaurants. Importantly for commuters, Hassocks train station is just a 15 minute walk from the property, where trains direct to London Bridge and London are just under an hour. Brighton is just two stops to the south. Nearby villages include Hurstpierpoint to the west and Ditchling to the east. All three villages are on the cusp of the South Downs National Park, providing an abundance of outdoor activity.
