We have owned the property for a number of years and purchased as a buy to let investment. We have always found the property easy to let, mainly due to the location being so close to the station and town centre.

Now that the most recent tenant has vacated we are looking to sell. Whether you are buying as an investment or property to live in, we're sure that you will be attracted by all the same features we were.
