Directions
From Fishguard take the Main A487 Road east for some 7 miles and in Newport take the third turning on the left (in the centre of the Town) into Long Street. Proceed down Long Street, passing the School on your right and continue until you reach the parking area at the bottom of Long Street. The land is situated within 200 yards or so, to the right of the parking area. A “For Sale” board is erected on site.
Alternatively, proceed down Feidr Pen-y-Bont i.e. The road leading towards Moylegrove and Newport Sands and just prior to the Iron Bridge there is a ‘For Sale’ direction board on your left. Proceed on this road for approximately 250 yards and The Marsh (The Old Slaughter House) land is on your right. A’ For Sale’ board is erected on site.
