The mature rear garden is larger than expected starting with a patio behind the house, the garden then widens out and has delightful field views and summerhouse.

Location

Lawshall is a very desirable village, situated within approximately seven miles to the south of Bury St Edmunds and only a few miles from the historic village of Lavenham and Long Melford, with its excellent range of antique shops, restaurants and village inns. Lawshall provides a good range of local facilities including a well-regarded primary school with outstanding Ofsted rating, three churches and newly re-opened public house. There is convenient access to the A134 linking to Sudbury, Bury St Edmunds and the A14 dual carriageway linking to Newmarket, Cambridge and London via the M11 motorway.

Directions

From Long Melford direction take the A134 towards Bury. Take a left turn to the village of Lawshall and follow the road through the village and past the church. Take a left onto Lambs Lane followed by a left onto Melford Road. The property is situated further along on the left hand side.
