The Trevose Lodge apartments are all two-bedroom and are on 999 year leases from January 2004 with a peppercorn ground rent. The six owners of the Trevose Lodge apartments form the membership of the Trevose Lodge Management Limited Company and each contribute approximately 200 per annum towards central management costs.

There are no restrictions on the use of the apartments other than 51 consecutive weeks use a year. The apartments can also be made available for holiday lets. From the private car park the shared front door leads into a communal hallway with a door entry system providing access to apartments 1 and 2 on the ground floor and via stairs to apartment 4 and 5. There is a shared cupboard in the hallway for golfing and beach equipment. The private front door of Apartment 1 leads into a central hallway off which are the two bedrooms, a family shower room and the open plan kitchen/living room. All the rooms are light and airy with recently laid carpets and Karndean flooring. The bathrooms and kitchen are newly refurbished and heating throughout the apartment has been recently replaced with electric, gel-filled radiators that can be adapted for remote operation. The principal bedroom enjoys lovely reaching views over the golf course to the sea with Bull Rock and Trevose Head in the distance. This bedroom has an en suite shower room with underfloor heating. The open plan kitchen/living room has a large breakfast bar and new integrated appliances that are either Bosch or aeg. These include induction hob, extractor hood, washer dryer, double oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is also a new mains fire system installed.

Gardens, grounds
Each apartment has one dedicated parking bay with additional available parking. The apartment has its own outside storage unit for garden furniture and barbecue. Behind the apartment block is a large grass area that is shared amongst all six apartments and is ideal for outside entertaining, recreation, alfresco dining and barbecues.

North Cornish Coast
Constantine Bay has a reputation as one of the best surfing beaches in Cornwall, where the water quality is routinely tested and currently approved by defra and where there is full time lifeguard cover from 5th May to 30th September. The large swathes of soft sand ensure the beach is ideal for families, surfers, swimmers and walkers and the surrounding landscape offers some of the most dramatic scenery that this part of North Cornwall has to offer. This west facing beach also has numerous rock pools, and a plethora of marine wildlife.

Walking
Much of the surrounding countryside lies in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Site of Special Scientific Interest and is renowned for its rolling hills, dramatic coastline and spectacular headlands. It lies in a much sought-after position within the Trevose Golf and Country Club and is within easy walking distance to, Constantine Bay, Chair Cove, Treyarnon Bay, Booby's Bay and Trevose Head.

Shopping and amenities
The village of Constantine Bay offers a village shop and well-regarded surf shop within an easy walk from 1 Trevose Lodge. The historic and picturesque fishing town of Padstow is about 4 miles away and offers an extensive range of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants including the Michelin starred No.6 Padstow under Paul Ainsworth and Rick Steins Seafood Restaurant. The area is about to become even more desirable with the arrival of The Pig chain at Harlyn Bay (formerly Harlyn House).

Leisure activities
Trevose Golf and Country Club is a few yards away and offers a championship golf course as well as accommodation, dining and additional leisure activities including swimming and tennis.
