This spacious cottage has open countryside views to the rear, parking, garden area and generous living accommodation.

The Old Cottage was converted some years ago by G I Hopley Ltd and is deceptively spacious. The property has double glazing and gas fired central heating. The property is generous in proportions and provides excellent value for money in this popular village located approximately 15 minutes from Skipton.

Briefly comprising large dining kitchen with open views across fields to rear with attractive shaker style kitchen finished in cream with brushed aluminium handles and complementary wood effect work top. Integrated fridge, fan oven and four burner gas hob set beneath wall mounted extractor. 1 1/2 stainless steel bowl sink with chrome mixer tap, integrated dishwasher and ample wall and base unit storage. Tiled floor, recessed ceiling spot light, wall mounted Worcester Bosch combination boiler and door to utility room providing recess for washing machine and space for dryer. There is an inner hallway providing access to living room and first floor via staircase and ground floor wc/cloakroom. The living room is of a generous size with gas fire set within marble surround.

To the first floor are three bedrooms two doubles and one good size single serviced by a house bathroom comprising; low suite wc, wash hand basin with tiled splash back and bath with shower over.

Externally to the front of the property is a small fore garden with gate to the pavement. To the rear of the property is one parking space and a patio area with open views to the fields behind.

The village of Hellifield is situated on the border of the Yorkshire Dales National Park approximately six miles from the market town of Settle and approximately nine miles from the larger market town of Skipton which has a direct rail link to London. Hellifield has its own village shop, post office, butchers, public houses, primary school and church. There is a bus service to the neighbouring towns and villages and there is also a railway station with connections to the business centres of West Yorkshire.

On entering Hellifield from Settle direction, pass Townson Tractors and the village primary school on the right hand side, after which the property can be found approximately 50 yards on the left hand side before the Station Road turning. A sale board is erected.
