This is a nice, friendly and quiet street which we have loved living in for many, many years. Properties rarely go up for sale here so our neighbours have been mostly consistent throughout our time. We all get on well. Over the years gardening has been a passion and we have enjoyed maintaining the area we have. However, as we are growing older it is becoming more difficult to keep this up to a high standard. We wish to move to a smaller property closer to family and less maintenance for us pensioners. We know Torwood View is an ideal property for any prospective buyers and we will miss it greatly. The time is right for us to sell and we know whoever buys this house will have a great home to move into.
