The stables are situated in a quiet but accessible location, being to the north side of the main A39 Station Road through Bilbrook, situated approximately 250m from the main road, mostly over council road and the last 30m approximately over a shared track.

Method of sale, tenure and possession
The property is freehold with the benefit of vacant possession upon the date of completion. The property is offered for sale by informal tender and prospective purchasers are requested to submit their tender in writing to the Agents by Monday 6th July 2020.
