The Pemberton Arrondale is an immaculately designed brand new holiday lodge located on an elevated pitch at Tarka Holiday Park. This large 42ft by 16ft lodge has 2 good sized bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Complete with furnishings and ready to move into, the Tarka Lodges offer a modern, comfortable home from home with well proportioned and spacious rooms. With easy access to both Braunton Village and Barnstaple Town Centre, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and amenities close by. For the walking and cycling enthusiasts, the holiday site is located on the famous Tarka Trail which lends itself perfectly to exploring Devon by foot and by bike. For the beach lovers, the stunning coastline is just a short drive away - Saunton Sands, Croyde Bay, Putsborough and Woolacombe are within easy reach. All in all, these lodges offer a fantastic luxury base for exploring the wonders of Devon.From Tarka Holiday Park it is a short journey into Barnstaple town centre where you will find shops and amenities as well as an excellent array of recreational facilities including a theatre, cinema, leisure centre and many restaurants. The vibrant town combines a modern shopping experience with a bustling market atmosphere.

Heading out of the Holiday Park in the opposite direction you will reach the beautiful village of Braunton with its array of trendy pubs, cafés and eateries along with useful shops, a medical centre, hair and beauty salons, surf outlets, and not to mention award winning fish & chips! Proceeding through Braunton provides easy access to Saunton Sands Beach and the coastline beyond, where you will find some of the region's best beaches.

From the Holiday Park, a handy regular bus service provides access to Barnstaple Town Centre, or Braunton village in the opposite direction. The A361 North Devon Link Road provides convenient access to the M5 motorway network and beyond.

Head North West out of Barnstaple along the Braunton Road, the B3149. Proceed along this road until reaching the dual carriageway. Take the first major right hand turning into Tarka Holiday Park where visitor's parking will be easily found on your left hand side with the Reception clearly displayed.

Information Regarding Tarka Holiday Park

The Holiday Home can be used during the Park's holiday season which runs from 1st March - 14th February. It is for holiday occupation only. You will pay an annual pitch fee for the occupation of the pitch (this is currently set at £5,645, however the purchaser of this lodge will be exempt from 2020 pitch fees, as advertised). These payments will have to be arranged with the park owner. You will be buying the holiday home, but not the pitch. The pitch remains in the ownership of the site owner who is responsible for maintaining and managing the site. You will be charged separately for water, gas and electricity which the site owner will supply directly to your holiday home. Your pitch agreement will be protected by the Mobile Homes Act 1983, which regulates the contract between you and the site owner and sets out the parties respective rights and obligations. An Energy Performance Certificate is not required.
