This Grade II listed cottage is approximately 400 years old and located in the heart of Bookham village. The cottage was once linked to the house Bookham Gables and occupied by the gardener and cook of the house. In the 1930's the cottages separated from the house with the cottages becoming separate dwellings in the 1950's.

Currently used as an office the cottage has dual use rights for office space or residential use and could make a lovely home. The first reception room would make an ideal living room with a large open fireplace and exposed beams. The second reception room would be he perfect dining room with a wood burning stove and built in cupboards either side of the fireplace. The kitchen is located to the rear of the cottage and features a vaulted ceiling and a back to door out to the small courtyard. There is a ground floor wc with a built in cupboard.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both with feature fireplaces and a bathroom with sink, wc and a bath with a shower over.

The gardens are located to the front of the property with a paved courtyard and flower bed borders. There is also gated driveway parking to the front.
