The kitchen has an l-shaped design with worktop space along the side of the kitchen and cupboard space above and below the worktop. There is a free-standing fridge-freezer at the end of the worktop, while the family chef will benefit from a gas oven, grill and hob.

There are three bedrooms in the Granada which is comprised of a double and 2 twin rooms. The double bedroom is modern and spacious and has shelving and cupboards above the bed for storage, while there is also a large double wardrobe with drawers underneath. The twin room has cupboards above the bed and a tall wardrobe at the end of the bed.

The family shower room has a large shower cubicle with a WC and wash basin with vanity cupboard above.
